FaceofMobile.com Registration

I currently have samsung omnia, I originally downloaded wrong mobilizer . I had to re-register with my phone number however couldn't use the same name and email that is linked to my facebook account. I know can't access my profile, home page etc. I sent you an email with my registration info.. can you either correct it on your end or clear out the registration so I can start from scratch?

I had been using FM for almost 2 months when all of the sudden, it started telling me to go register when I attempted to open the app. I came to this site and went through the motions again, but the error would not go away. I even tried paying the $1.99 and waiting the 12 hours, which did not work either. Finally, I uninstalled the app, downloaded again, and then re-installed. Everything works fine again now. Don't know what happened to kick it out, just what it took to get back on.

When you have already used FM and suddenly receive the message about the registration, you need to decide if you want a paid version of FM. If you do, you have to download the new version and pay for it through PayPal. You problem was caused by the fact that you did not download the new version in the first place.

It has been over 1 week almost 2 weeks and I am very disappointed in your support center. I have not received any information on my situation and I have followed up with you on more than one occasion. Now, it appears there is a fee? I am not sure when my registration is going to be corrected however , at this point thinking a new service may be in store.

I have now paid the $1.99 and now the registration appears to be working. I tried to do the trial however it wouldn't let me. so far it appears things are working.
However please, in the future be more responsive to your customers.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Usually we are much more responsive. The average response time is less than 1-2 days.
One of the reason for slowing down the support is the transition period (from free to paid version). Another reason is that we are really short on staff.

I really don't appreciate the fact that you have to start charging people to access something that is free such as facebook, just because this application is an extension of the free site that is created for social use and to meet other people, this is highway robbery, you should be ashamed of yourselves, especially the young people who use the site to interact with their friends, do not have credit cards, and right now the economy is tight and many of us do not have credit cards, so i think you should give the people an alternative way of getting this application without having to pay or bill to the mobile account if you really need the money that badly. :evil: I had the application when it was free and it should have remained that way for all of us that have facebook. :twisted:
