App Will Not Work At All on my HTC P4000

I have an HTC P4000 and downloaded the faceofmobile application. It downloaded fine but when i go to open it i get an error saying "The file FriendMobilizer cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate, or one of its components cannot be found. You might need to reinstall or restore the file."

I have tried reinstalling it and restoring it and I also told my phone to trust the certificate while downloading. What's wrong with it?

First, make 100% sure that you are using Win. Mobile version 6. Second, download PPC version one more time and read how many bytes were downloaded.
