You can check your version by opening FriendMobilizer and going to the About page.
1. You do not need to register again if you're upgrading.
2. Make sure you un-install the older version of FriendMobilizer.
3. Before downloading the application, you will need to start from the Permissions page. In order to fully use the FriendMobilizer application, you need to grant us 3 permissions, as described on that page. The Permissions page will then direct you to the download.
